Corporate Support

Corporate support is essential to ensure that we can continue to offer our support to the people suffering towards the end of their life and the support of their families.

There are many ways to get involved here are just a few:

  • Helping out with some of our events by volunteering
  • Fundraising through your staff at work
  • Offering challenges such as an abseil, a parachute jump or maybe try our obstacle Race
  • Get a team together to do some gardening at the hospice
  • Become a charity of the year, plan a years worth of activities
  • Set up payrol giving
  • Sponsor one of our events

Payroll Giving is a great way to donate to charity because it’s easy and convenient. You can donate as much or as little as you wish, either every week if you are paid weekly or every month if you are paid monthly.

The money that is earned in just a few minutes every day can make a huge difference to Bury Hospice and to those in need of our care.

All donations made through Payroll Giving are tax free, so if you are a basic rate tax payer and you donate £10 a month, you will only pay £8 (or £6 if you are a higher rate tax payer) – the tax man pays the rest.
