Comedy Night at The Stables with Colin Manford
On Friday February 25th, Bury Hospice will be staging its first comedy night at the Stables Country Club in Bury, bringing some of the best names in stand-up.
The Comedy Night will be hosted by Colin Manford, a North West based comedian who also happens to be Jason’s little brother!
Colin is an accomplished writer who has written for 8 out of 10 cats, actor and presenter who just loves to tell stories from his own unique perspective, all areas covered from his failed relationships to his weird and wonderful family life and more. No-holds barred comedy at its finest.
Colin said: “Plane Comedy is very proud to be bringing one of our comedy shows to Bury to raise some much vital funds for Bury Hospice.
“We were invited down to have a look first hand at the amazing work they do for their patients and their families.”
This will be an evening full of laughter and fun and a chance to see one of our best-loved entertainers, Colin Manford, as well as three very talented local comedians.

Nick Doody was a finalist in the 199 So You Think You're Funny new act competition, Nick has gone to be a familiar face on the comedy circuit and as a writer for such shows as BBC4’s Late Edition and Channel 4’s FAQ U, 8 out of 10 Cats and Friday Night Live.
Martin Mor has performed in venues from the Hammersmith Apollo to performing before members of the British Royal Family. Martin is very much the comedian's comedian, and has been the support act of choice for; Frankie Boyle, Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Jasper Carrot, Patrick Kielty, Johnny Vegas, Steve Coogan, and once Tina Turner.
