Bury Hospice is the main charity for Urban Revolution’s inaugural obstacle race at Burrs Country Park in May.

GM Active and obstacle course racing specialist Urban Attack, along with Bury Leisure, have come together to create Greater Manchester’s very own obstacle race series.

Following a successful first event at Haigh Woodland Country Park in Wigan in November last year, Urban Revolution are back this time at Burrs Country Park on Saturday 12th May.

The course at Burrs will have over 30 obstacles including a giant waterside and everyone taking part gets a special medal and a photo to commemorate the occasion.

Participants can choose from a 5km or 7.5km teen and adult course, tackling obstacles, fighting through mud zones and wading through water to the finish line. There is also a 1km kids course.
