Paul Sinha wins the hearts of Bury Hospice supporters

Comedian and TV star, Paul Sinha, won over a sold-out crowd when he took to the stage at the Theatre Royal, Ramsbottom, on Friday 2nd May.
The renowned quizmaster, widely known as a the ‘Sinnerman’ on the hugely popular ITV quiz show, The Chase, joined event host, Dr Kevin Jones, to talk about his life and career, brilliantly blending humour with the more intimate moments.
Paul talked about his early years, up until now, openly discussing his personal life and details of his Parkinson’s diagnosis, in his funny yet poignant style.
He spent a lot of time with the audience after the show, meeting and greeting many of his supporters.
Rachel Krafft, Senior Community Fundraiser at Bury Hospice, said: “It was amazing. Paul was really warm, funny, and friendly; he and Kevin together were a great double act.

She added: “Paul answered questions from the audience, giving us all a good insight into how it works at The Chase, and sharing some really funny stories.
“Everyone seemed to have a really good night.”
